Find Your Understanding

One of my good friends came across a video and shared it with me, and I had to share it with you.

It is incredibly touching not only because of the story being told, but also the bravery of a company to plant a flag in the ground. Too many companies shy away from the controversy over gay marriage, and I would like to applaud Expedia for their courage and dauntlessness to share this story with the world. They are taking great risk by attaching themselves to such controversial subject matter, but in a world where Chick-Fil-A receives record turnout for denouncing gay marriage, maybe Expedia will gain favor among the masses. I encourage you to show your support of companies who further the “agenda” of equal rights for all.

So, please eat all the Oreos you can stomach and then run them off in your Nikes. Search Google on your T-Mobile phone for a JC Penny to buy Levi’s jeans. Book a reservation for a Zagat rated restaurant, Hilton hotel and United flight on a Boeing plane through Expedia. If we show our support, the list of same-sex marriage supporters will only grow.

Enough commercialism — Enjoy this heart-warming story of a father coming to terms with his daughter’s wedding to another woman…
